I arrived at this album by way of Tyson Motsenbocker, whose album I shared earlier this month. Telephone Friends album was recorded live-to-tape in Solana Beach, CA. Aside from the phenomenally fun full-analog recording, this album has a classic feel with a touch of emo. Loving the drums, gang vocals, melodies, and richly-layered guitars on this one.
